Multi-domain integration, UAS operations, and tactical training converge in a single hub, built to support full mission training cycles in a controlled, secluded environment. Defense companies and units stress test missions across air and ground systems within a single complex designed for continuity from planning through after action. A 3,000 sq ft hangar with an adjacent launch pad and a 9,700 sq ft storage hub accommodating Group 1 through Group 3 UAS platforms anchor the complex. A controlled armory provides secure weapons storage and separate ammunition containment. Team rooms, briefing rooms, human performance center, and gun cleaning rooms support mission planning and team readiness. A dedicated combatives area is in development. Integration, staging, and readiness in one place.

Onsite Lodging

Private guest home lodging for 65 personnel, professionally decorated for comfort during extended rotations. Private bedrooms and spacious common areas support team reset.

GA & FL Hangars with Launch Pads

Two 3,000 sq ft hangars for secure UAS operations and equipment storage, each with an adjacent 20 x 20 concrete launch pad with power, enabling faster turn times between evolutions.

9,700 sq ft UAS Storage Hub

A 9,700 sq ft storage area within the Georgia hangar supports secure UAS storage, equipment organization, and rapid operational mobility. Designed with wide-access entry points to accommodate large drone platforms.

River Room

The 2,500 sq ft River Room was built to bring the group together in one place, serving as a team hub for stand down time, mission planning, and briefings, with space for recreation and team bonding.

Chef Catered

Chef supported, performance focused meals delivered daily to align with training tempo, reducing logistical burden and keeping teams focused on training evolutions. Meals are a consistent stay highlight.

Briefing Rooms

Multiple secure briefing rooms, team classrooms, and a mobile field classroom support after-action reviews, and mission planning. Spaces feature large 10 ft whiteboards, TVs, comfortable seating, and modular tables.

Human Performance Centers

Two 2,000 sq ft field gyms outfitted with Rogue equipment and wrestling mats for close-quarters combat (CQC) drills support physical readiness, strength training, and recovery during extended training evolutions.

Multi-Team Operational Capacity

An 8,000-acre private campus enables multiple UAS companies and ground units to operate across separate ranges and facilities simultaneously. Distributed infrastructure supports independent training environments.

Controlled Armory

Dedicated armory supports secure weapons storage and separate ammunition containment to maintain operational readiness, controlled access, and efficient support for multi-team tactical training evolutions.
